How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since our custom gear is built to your specific requirements, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your order ships. Standard, non-custom items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard, unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-configured belts are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
